Having wide experience in Motivation, Individual Coulselling, Mentoring primarily to job related issues, also have excellent skill in presentation and training in Technical and management, Soft skills etc.

Developed excellent skills in Leadership, Motivation, Individual Coulselling pertaining to job related issues mostly, apart from presentation and training in Technical and management, Soft skills etc. 

Enjoy helping others and assisting them to achieve their career / professional / personal goals very much, and this had always been my passion. Due to this even without any formal training / certification, informally done career counseling by trying to find out his/her personality type, likes/dislikes, preferable career options etc. to many from personal circles of close friends, relatives since over a decade. After formal (early) retirement from full time Job, presently pursuing this long time passion in Career Counseling, taking it up as full time engagement / profession.   

Another personal passion is Music. An avid Music Lover and musician myself, composed no of Bengali Songs (both Lyrics and Melodies) and released own Maiden Album "PRAAN ACHHE" in 2017 with 8 own written and composed unique bengali songs sung by couple of very popular and talented bengali singers in Kolkata. The album had since got excellent review and encouragement from whoever had listened to it. The complete album is available in all digital platforms (gaana, sawon, Jio Music, Amazon Music etc.).

Also a regular writer of Bengali, Hindi, English poems, short essays, short stories, script for short films, dramas etc. Till now had written over 200 poems and over 20 short stories, essays etc. 

Few of my Lyrics had been taken by other composers / music producers and composed full song and released in Youtube and other digital platforms.
